30 Minute Fat Burning Conditioning Workout

The goal for this workout is to push yourself to NOT take any breaks. 

If you must take a break, limit it to 5-10 seconds and jump right back into the workout.

  2. High knees – 1 minute
  3. Mountain climbers – 1 minute
  4. Burpees – 2 minutes
  5. High knees – 2 minutes
  6. Mountain climbers – 2 minutes
  7. Suicide planks – 1 minute
