Use A Hydroflask To Drink More Water
If you’ve been following my posts, you’ll know how crucial water is to lose weight, more so shred. Therefore I believe the more convenient and accessible water becomes, the better chance you’ll drink it.
That’s why I’ve developed a habit to pre-fill my Hydroflasks or any water jug the night before.
You can also go as far as filling multiple flasks and place them around the house. When you do it this way, you no longer have an excuse that you simply “forgot”.
Use Water Drops
Drinking tons of water for some can get boring. Maybe you want to drink a fruit-flavored drink but can’t afford the extra calories.
Well, that’s where water drops come in. Each serving is 0 zero calories and 0 sugar. What does that mean? It’s a win-win situation.
You’ll trick your taste buds into drinking a sweet drink while staying on track with your macros.
More so, you’ll drink tons more water this way since there’s a variety of water drop flavors.
