Fat Burning Cardio 1.0 – Series 1

I’ve developed a new series of workouts that are exclusive to burning fat through cardio.

In this series you’ll discover workouts that include HIIT, interval training, and more.

Originally this series was to be developed exclusively for my clients, however, I’ve decided to open it up to the world.

I hope you enjoy this series of fat burning workouts just as much as I did creating it.

Fat Burning Cardio 1.0 – Series 1

Introduction – The first workout in this series requires no equipment, it’s all bodyweight. Each exercise is 1 minute long and requires a moderate to quick pace.

Rules – No breaks in between exercises and push yourself to complete 3 entire rounds.

  1. Mountain climbers – 1 minute
  2. Suicide planks – 1 minute
  3. High knees – 1 minute
  4. Squat jumps – 1 minute
  5. Jumping lunges – 1 minute
  6. Twisting mountain climbers – 1 minute
  7. Push ups – 1 minute
  8. Plank on elbows – 1 minute
  9. Plank on elbows with right leg up – 30 seconds
  10. Plank on elbows with left leg up – 30 seconds
  11. Suicide planks – 1 minute
  12. High knees – 1 minute

Complete 3 full rounds
