Introducing the 2nd workout in the workout series, Fat Burning Cardio.

This workout includes a ton of plyometric leg workouts that are sure to make your legs feel like jello.

With that said let’s get straight into the workout.

Fat Burning Cardio 1.1

Introduction – Plan to not rest between exercises and do 5 complete rounds!

Rules – If you start to break form (meaning your half assing the exercise), you need to do an active recovery of holding a plank for 30 seconds. After the 30 seconds pick back up where you left off.

  1. High knees – 1 minute
  2. Squat jumps – 1 minute
  3. Jumping lunges – 1 minute
  4. Burpees – 20 reps
  5. Jumping lunges – 1 minute
  6. Squat jumps -1 minute
  7. High knees – 1 minute

Complete 5 rounds!
