The craziest 30 minute leg day HIIT workout

Christiana tries out my newest HIIT workout. It’s a non-stop 30-minute workout with a primary focus on legs. The best part about it? It requires no gym and you can literally do this outside your house. So if you’re in need to shock your body with a new workout, this is it. Just get ready to have your wheel-chair ready for when you’re done.

Equipment

  • Street
  • Dumbbells or Kettlebells
  • Resistance “Booty” Bands

Workout (3-5 Rounds)

  1. Sprint the street back and forth
  2. Pulsing Sumo squat with dumbbells – 50 pulses
  3. Freeze the sumo squat at the bottom while still holding the dumbbell – 1 minute
  4. Squat jump with the dumbbell – 50 jumps
  5. Sprint the street back and forth
  6. Mountain climbers – 1 minute
  7. Sprint the street back and forth
  8. Squat jump with resistance bands – 50 jumps
  9. Side quat all the way down the street with resistance bands.
