This workout not only challenges your physical strength but also mental capabilities.

Ultimate Push-up Core Challenge

In this workout you’ll push yourself to do the entire challenge without taking any rest. If you do need to take a rest opt for only a maximum of 10-15 seconds and pick up where you left off.

If you can’t finish the entire challenge, take note of where you stopped and try to push yourself to do more next time. You’ll know you’re getting stronger with the less breaks you take.

Other than that I trust you’ll do your best and push yourself to the limit.

  3. Push up – 10 reps
  4. Plank on elbows – 30 seconds
  5. Push up – 15 reps
  6. Plank on elbows – 30 seconds
  7. Push up – 20 reps
  8. Plank on elbows – 30 seconds
  9. Mountain climbers – 1 minute
  10. Plank on elbows – 30 seconds
  11. Push up – 20 reps
