So with that said let’s get straight to one of my staple lunchtime meals to shred fat.

Salted Chicken Breast & Teriyaki Vegetable Stir Fry

What to eat to shred fat

This is a super simple recipe that is packed with protein, has low fat, and most importantly KEEPS YOU FULL.

Eating this meal prevents me from snacking or overeating because as already mentioned, this meal fills you up.

So if you want to try this out here’s the recipe.

Ingredients

Directions for Teriyaki Vegetables

  1. Chop up all the vegetables in bite size pieces
  2. Throw them into a pot
  3. Add 1 to 2 cups of water and steam
  4. Once vegetables are to your liking you’ll add a light amount of teriyaki sauce

Directions for Salted Chicken Breast

I like to freeze the chicken breast over night and thaw it until it’s semi frozen. I’ll then cut the chicken breast into very thin slices. It’s more enjoyable this way plus it’s easier to cook.

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil into pan
  2. Toss into your thinly sliced chicken breast into the pan
  3. Sprinkle some Himalayan salt for taste
  4. Fry until you notice the chicken breast is turning golden brown.

Conclusion

And that’s a wrap! You’ll notice that this meal is super simple and contains minimal ingredients. This applies to all my meals and the reason behind this minimalism is convenience. The more complex a meal gets, the less you’ll stay on track with a calorie deficit.

More so, having simplistic meals allows you to calculate your macros a lot easier.
