Salted Chicken Breast & Teriyaki Vegetable Stir Fry (What I eat to shred fat)
In this post I’m going to go over one of my staple lunch time meals to shred fat and lose weight.
This benefits you as you’ll discover more variety in your own meals. More so, you’ll get a general idea of portion sizes and more. It also helps to know exactly which foods help with your weight loss efforts.
Once vegetables are to your liking you’ll add a light amount of teriyaki sauce
Directions for Salted Chicken Breast
I like to freeze the chicken breast over night and thaw it until it’s semi frozen. I’ll then cut the chicken breast into very thin slices. It’s more enjoyable this way plus it’s easier to cook.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil into pan
Toss into your thinly sliced chicken breast into the pan
Sprinkle some Himalayan salt for taste
Fry until you notice the chicken breast is turning golden brown.
And that’s a wrap! You’ll notice that this meal is super simple and contains minimal ingredients. This applies to all my meals and the reason behind this minimalism is convenience. The more complex a meal gets, the less you’ll stay on track with a calorie deficit.
More so, having simplistic meals allows you to calculate your macros a lot easier.
